At this time we are offering only domestic shipping.USPS Flate rate priority mail $11 - 3-7 business days in transit.
All orders over $500 ship for free.
Please allow 48 hours for processing after you have made your purchase for your item to be shipped.
RETURNS
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your item. Item must be in its original form. Pictures of any damage must be emailed to us within a day of receiving the item. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. The customer is responsible for mailing costs and expenses.
EXCHANGES
If for any reason you made a mistake with an order and you would like to exchange it, please send us an email at [email protected], and we will work to fix it for you. The customer will be responsible for mailing costs and expenses.
GIFT WRAP SERVICES
Each order comes beautifully packaged in a GRACIEUX box when shipped. If the gift is a surprise, we are happy make sure no branding appears on the shipment - just let us know!
WHAT IS MY RING SIZE?
If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. If this is not possible, we are happy to send a ring sizer to you - just email us at [email protected].
